4 Days Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar – Stone Town Tour
Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport or ferry terminal, meet your guide and begin an educational and exciting Stone Town tour. Walk through the UNESCO-listed streets filled with African, Arab, Persian, and Indian influences. Key attractions include:

Learn the captivating history of Zanzibar, from the Sultans to the spice trade era. Evening free for relaxation or optional dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Prison Island & Spice Farm Experience
Start the day with a short boat ride to Prison Island (Changuu Island). Walk around the historical buildings and visit the sanctuary of giant Aldabra tortoises—some over 150 years old. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and beautiful views of the Indian Ocean.
After returning to Stone Town, continue to a Spice Plantation for a guided tour. Smell and taste spices such as cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, cardamom, and fresh tropical fruits. Learn how spices are grown, harvested, and used in traditional Zanzibari cooking.
